Maitreya

And I turn to the holy, indefinable war
this is where the world lives in
deepened tombs, the cities now sad
streets deserted and dangerous

I want to bathe in rain and throw myself upon
the ashes of smoking ruins, the world, distant
memories dreams of childhood, short joys of life
and sweet hopes drawn, quartered upon
the alter of unholy great reset,

dress me in dark clothing I will wear
widow weeds in mourning for life stolen
gone like a cloud after sunset I live now
in a land where the trivial succeeds
the sublime at every moment

let the Infinite fury of hell unroll before me
like a hymn I sing to myself at Mass as this
eternal war’s substance permeates silent
resistance and I am completely helpless

  1. Very moving and full of passion but pain as well! The revelation is there though within all of this disheartened realization, because prophecy unfolding provides comfort of the ultimate truth that is manifested and revealed, which is we have a final destination and home but we must have faith in those old truths that were provided and handed down through the ages! With our faith in our one and only God nothing will keep us from our appointed destiny; we are in the best hands and loving care!

I just wrote a short commentary for another posting that yet fits here perfectly as well; seemingly tailor made to these connecting conversations!

God through Jesus Christ is working His miracles constantly in our lives and around the world because, the wheat is being totally separated from the chaff as it must be! Amen

It really comes down to our keeping focused on the one we seek through the one we follow taking up our daily cross! Thereby our Father’s will becomes clear and abundantly present in our lives by means of the Holy Spirit. Another thought I just had in another posting does fit here as well!

Putting things into their proper perspective, each step is an opportunity; indeed each moment can become a step toward ultimate truth and revelation!

      1. You’re welcome Cassandra! Your writing is so genuine and from the heart as I see it that way feeling it; call it kindred spirits or a God Send; I know what I was reading deep within and then felt what I should say!

You keep on course and stay strong, you will do well with your heartfelt attitude and faith!

Don’t hesitate to write more and send it out even direct is you wish!
        God bless you!

        Brother in Christ Jesus,
        Lawrence
